Who we are

We are a newly started micro-bakery based in Melbourne’s west that specialises in artisanal scrolls with bold and seasonal flavours.

My love for baking began in my childhood home, waking up on weekend mornings to the smell of my mum baking Filipino sweet bread rolls. Those moments sparked a lifelong passion for pastry and the belief that food is the best way to bring people together.

I am a qualified pastry chef with experience in both restaurant and bakery environments. Today, I work alongside my mum to share the recipes she has lovingly made for our family for decades. Our signature offering is ensaymada - a traditional Filipino sweet bread roll that is soft, sweet and comforting.

We also offer brioche scrolls made with the same care and creativity, featuring classic cinnamon alongside seasonal flavours.

We hope to offer not just baked goods, but a genuine story of culture, family, and passion - bringing something unique, heartfelt, and delicious to the Melbourne community.
